Once it reaches the tap, the draft system becomes the final step in delivering the product the way the brewer intended. When a beer pours poorly or tastes off, the system, not the beer, is often the problem.

 

After more than a decade working inside the craft beer industry in North Carolina as a brewer, operator, and business owner, I saw firsthand how often draft systems were treated as an afterthought. Systems were installed without proper balance, lines were “cleaned” without full recirculation, and recurring foam issues were patched instead of solved.

 

My background includes building and operating brewery production facilities, designing taprooms, and working directly with draft systems from the cellar to the bar top. That perspective shapes everything Line & Lager Solutions does.

 

Line & Lager was created to bring production-level thinking to draft systems in the field, treating them not as plumbing, but as calibrated beverage delivery systems that directly affect quality, reputation, and margin.
